Directions & Parking

You’ll find us at 2999 NE 191st Street, Suite 345, in the heart of Aventura, just off the main corridors that connect Aventura with the surrounding South Florida communities. The clinic sits within easy reach of the neighborhoods we serve, so most visits are a short drive from home. When you arrive, make your way to Suite 345.

Parking is easy: we offer free parking for our clients, so you can arrive without hunting for a spot or feeding a meter.

Your First Visit

Plan to arrive a few minutes early so we have time to get you settled. It helps to bring a photo ID, a list of any medications or supplements you currently take, and any recent lab work or medical records that may be relevant — the fuller the picture, the better we can tailor your care.

Your first appointment centers on a thorough consultation that usually lasts about 30 to 45 minutes: we’ll talk through your goals and health history, and your provider will recommend next steps, which may include diagnostic testing before any treatment begins. There’s no pressure to decide on the spot — you’ll leave understanding your options and any follow-up we suggest. We see patients Monday through Friday, with Saturday visits available by appointment. Individual results vary.
